Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items which have been damaged, installed, or altered in any way shape or form will not be accepted for exchange or refund. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, any returns without a RMA number will be rejected. A RMA number can be received by contacting customer service with your return reason and any other specifics. Customer is responsible for all return freight fees as well as duties unless agreed otherwise with a representative of PG Restoration Parts. Any returns with duties billed to us, may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their own expense. 

After 30 days, a 20% restocking fee may be charged for any returns unless otherwise stated by a representative when RMA number was obtained. No freight charges are refundable on any returns or exchanges except in case of wrong delivery or otherwise agreed upon by a representative.

Refunds will be made to original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receving the returned merchandise. 


We provide shipping worldwide, with some restrictions on certain areas. Merchandise shipped outside of Canada must be to a physical address, we are unable to ship to PO Box (or alike). Any orders to be shipped to a PO Box outside of Canada will be held until a physical address can be provided. Customers with addresses outside of North America are responsible for all import duties. 

By default, shipments to customers require NO signature. If you would like to request a signature needed at the time of delivery, please contact customer service. We are not held reliable for missing or stolen packages. Requesting a signature may incur additional charges.

If you require a faster shipping method, please contact customer service to get a quote. We offer shipping by EMS (China Post), Canada Post, or FedEx. If you have a preference please let us know.
